mmm... I have my computer set to automatically check for new emails in every 20 minutes.
well, it's an addition that I need to deal with, and it doesn't necessarily apply to you. i'm also refraining from checking email the first 90 min. after i wake up, and the last 90 min. before i go to bed.... to maintain my sanity. Haha!
