This has arrived today. I'm back in business. My DSL modem broke 3 days ago, which forced me to use the only workable 56k snail modem at home! That was a pain!

I also realize that I need help sometimes, as I tried to figure out what equipment I needed after something broke.

There're things that I can't do. I went (not online) to shop for some furniture but couldn't lift them to my shopping cart. I didn't just need customer service. I need help.
