the mathematics of God

Amazing. God has a way to do the math that I cannot out-give Him. It's that church building pledge offering. I sent out 3 cheques (last year's, this year's, and next year's) over the past few months, but my bank balance doesn't seem to drop.

Then it was last month's tithe offering. There was some cancellation of piano lesson and my income was slightly affected. Since I had already calculated my tithe beforehand (and also the amount differed was really tiny), I used the same cheque instead of writing out another cheque that reflected the change. It turned out that yet another student needed extra lessons because of an upcoming exam. I just updated my spreadsheet and noted that God took care of even that tiny amount.
